Before writing a single line of code professionally, Jerry spent 15 years in real estate — acquiring, managing, and selling properties, running operations, and navigating complex deals. That world taught him something most developers never learn: how businesses actually work, where the bottlenecks hide, and what really drives revenue.
That same decade and a half, Jerry was building software in parallel. What started as tools to automate his own real estate operations grew into a full-stack skillset spanning web development, blockchain, and eventually AI.
